Windows Overview:
In this course you will create a document, create folders
to organize files, and create an efficient work environment.
Microsoft Word
Beginning Word Overview:
This course will provide you with the basic concepts required
to produce common business documents. You will create and
save documents, work with multiple documents, format text,
format paragraphs, use AutoCorrect, use the Format Painter,
set Tab Stops and insert Tab Leaders, use Find and Replace,
and create Headers and Footers.
Intermediate Word
Overview: In this course you will learn how to manipulate
toolbars, use AutoText, add Special Symbols, apply Bullets
and Numbering, modify and apply Multiple Columns, create and
format a Table, insert Clip Art and Word Art, and send form
letters via Mail Merge.
Advanced Word Overview:
In this course you will gain skills needed to create and apply
Character and Paragraph Styles, Section a document, apply
Drop Caps, work with multiple versions, insert and link an
Excel Spreadsheet, create a Form, Create Footnotes and Endnotes,
Use Bookmarks, Create a Cross-Reference, Build an Index, and
Create a Table of Contents.
Microsoft Excel
Beginning Excel Overview:
In this course you will create, edit, format and print basic
worksheets and charts in Excel. You will learn how to create
formulas using functions and the paste function shortcut and
how to create absolute references. You will also learn how
to do AutoFormatting and conditional formatting. You will
create both a bar and a pie chart and learn how to format
them to your personal preferences.
Intermediate Excel
Overview: In this course you will use Excel as a database
and learn how to link workbook sheets and workbooks. You will
create and sort an Excel database, create database functions,
filter the database and use AutoFilter. You will also learn
to import and export data. Creating custom toolbars and toolbar
keys will also help you become more efficient.
Microsoft Access
Beginning Access Overview:
This course is for the new user of Access and assumes no experience
with relational databases. The topics cover creating databases
in Access and working with the data by using tables, queries,
forms, and reports. 2 days.
Intermediate Access
Overview: Students will learn
how to use complex query techniques, create efficient forms
and reports, and create macros to automate their forms.
Microsoft PowerPoint
Beginning PowerPoint Overview:
In this course you will learn the basic skills necessary to
begin effectively creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
You will create a presentation based on a design template
as well as creating a presentation without the help of a template.
Intermediate PowerPoint
Overview: This course is designed
for students who are familiar with PowerPoint and need to
design templates, create slides with special effects, and
run various slide shows.
Microsoft Publisher
Beginning Publisher Overview:
In this course, students will create flyers, newsletters,
and office stationery working with publication designs, inserting
and formatting text, adding, resizing, and cropping graphics,
inserting tables and using Publishers drawing tools.
Microsoft Outlook
Outlook Overview:
In this course, you will learn the basics of using Microsoft
Outlook 2002 as a communications tool. You will send and receive
mail messages, use a calendar to schedule appointments, and
coordinate business meetings with multiple participants.
Intro to the Web 2-Hour Class
Intro to the Web Overview:
In this 2 hours you will learn how to search the web, store
and organize favorite sites, delete or save history, change
your home page and email basics.
